Ella has been a yogini and a yoga nerd for over twelve years. Her practice and teachings evolve constantly. She leads vinyasa & ashtanga yoga inspired classes, which are energetic, strong, and flowy. Ella likes enriching the practice with elements from different fields, such as calistenics, and finds inspiration all around, with a focus on health, in-depth anatomy, and individual differences. Ella will empower you to explore the space, your body, and your mind, making the practice your own.
In her spare time, Ella is a computational biologist, a soap maker, and a healthy cooking enthusiast. She’s also about as much into bouldering as yoga, and just loves movement.
