Natalia first got into yoga in 2013 when she discovered she was so stiff and out of shape she wasn’t able to touch the floor with her fingertips when bending over. This made her feel like an old lady and it needed to change. Since then she has practised different yoga styles and in March 2020 she completed her yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India.
Although she did the training primarily to expand on her knowledge of yoga philosophy, Natalia quickly discovered that teaching yoga asanas, helping people relax and find focus is truly rewarding and great fun too. She has a common sense teaching approach, ensuring her sequences are fun, adapted to different ability levels and focusing on the right alignment.
